Folding Acrobat Ladder Lock Mechanism (CKM-01)
Manufactured through Canka Metal's molding technologies, the CKM-01 Lock Mechanism is the master load-bearing safety unit that provides secure locking and fixing at the articulation joints of folding (acrobat/multi-purpose) aluminum ladders, unconditionally ensuring life safety.
With a precise inner clearance dimension of 60.5 mm x 21.5 mm (matching standard aluminum profiles), this mechanism is produced from DKP carbon steel sheets having a 2 mm wall thickness. Using automatic spring-loaded latch technology, it allows the ladder to lock securely at multiple angles (straight extension, A-frame stance, scaffold position). Due to the high-micron galvanized layer, it executes its duty without rusting even under tough industrial conditions.
